Skynode was established in May 2017 with the simple goal of making quality hosting services available and affordable for everyone. Over the past year, Skynode has built a reputation of being an ideal provider for people looking for game hosting for a variety of reasons. From simply wanting to chill out and build a house in Minecraft with a couple of friends to hosting full on servers filled with many players! Whatever our clients are looking for, we're usually able to provide it!

1. Overview

1.1 Operated by Skynode, this website offers various tools and services conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined herein.

1.2 By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies and conditions available via hyperlink.

1.3 Please review these Terms carefully. Accessing or using our site implies your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Termination & Suspension

2.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated. Abuses include excessive CPU usage, harmful activities, illegal discussions, misuse of services, and DDoS attacks.

2.2 Services will be suspended post due date, with files deleted 7 days after. Due dates are indicated on invoices.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 We offer a 14-day refund policy. Refunds are partial after 3 days according to the following table:

Day 1-3 -> 100% Refund
Day 4-6 -> 75% Refund
Day 7-10 -> 50% Refund
Day 11-14 -> 25% Refund

3.2 Services can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not provided post the 14-day window. Chargebacks result in immediate service suspension or termination.

3.3 Subscriptions renew automatically. By using our services, you agree to this auto-renewal policy.

3.4 Overcharged payments may be refunded within 7 days. After this period, refunds are issued as account credits.

4. Downtime & DDoS

4.1 While we strive for minimal downtime, we are not liable for losses caused by user errors or downtime.

4.2 DDoS attacks are not within our control, and affected services may be suspended.

5. Storage & Data Loss

5.1 Unlimited SSD storage is provided within fair use. Excessive storage use may result in contact and potential deletion of large backups or logs.

5.2 We are not responsible for data loss. Regular off-site backups are recommended. In case of data loss from our end, we will attempt recovery and may offer credits or refunds.
